Wiener's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Inc. is under new ownership and we're excited to build our team and expand our brand! We are looking for 2-3 journeyperson plumbers/gasfitters to join us. 

Are you up for the challenge?

The Job:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, repair and maintain plumbing equipment and systems in both commercial and residential settings
• Clean drains and sewer lines using auguring and in-line camera equipment
• Perform minor to complex service work on plumbing systems
• Install and maintain gas meters, regulators and gas lines
• Install, maintain and service gas heating units and their components, such as burners, valves and automatic controls 
• Test and adjust control mechanisms and check pipes and piping connections for gas leaks
• Interpret blueprints, building codes, drawings and job specifications to determine optimal work procedures
• Identify and order proper materials and quantities for projects
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment
• Be a part of the on-call rotation
• Be able to handle the physical requirements of the job: heavy lifting, climbing ladders, working in crawlspaces, etc.
• Advise clients regarding standards, safety features and maintenance of plumbing and gas equipment and systems
• Prepare customer invoices
• Collect customer payments onsite, when applicable
• Prepare written work estimates for customers
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all customers
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

The Salary:

• Journeyperson starting wage: $35.00 per hour
• 1.5x pay when performing drain cleaning duties
• After-hours on-call pay
• Overtime pay

The Schedule:

• 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday thru Friday, plus on call rotation

Your Qualifications:

• Red Seal Plumbing (required)
• Gas Fitter "B" (required)
• Valid Driver's License (required)

Your Experience:

• Service Plumbing: 4 years (preferred)
